I found this publication in the shop of the wellcome committee and boy was it perfect for me. It is a series of articles that discuss mental health in various mediums, a lot of them dealing with design and some music. Hooray I'm sure I'm going to find a lot of inspiration in here.
So far Paul Fords Anxiety Box jumped out at me. A simple way to make your anxiety into a real tangible thing. Its some code that sends you emails from ‘Your Anxiety’ making the thoughts separate from you and in a way could deleting them help reduce them?
