(NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy.
Pictured above is a book I read on NLP mainly to try and reduce my anxiety. I like NLP (although not scientifically supported) it gives you power to take control of your mind thoughts feeling and emotions. It says that we have control over how we think talk (to ourselves and others) and do. and of course we do but this approach teaches us how to be utilize the control and change for the better.
it was very effective for me in my social anxiety which has reduced for fold. One of the most interesting lessons I found was living life at the cause, taking the blame for everything that happens in your life allowing oyu to learn from it and become stronger and more equipted in the future.
I would like to experiment with using some of these processes along with design to use within my project. some how!
